Breakfast
The biggest change in my diet has been breakfast, or I should say the addition of breakfast. I eat a variation of this almost erryday:

1 cup of oats mixed with applesauce, cinnamon, and milled flax seed
3-4 scrambled eggs with picante salsa or jalapano Tabasco
2 scoops of protein powder mixed with water
A handful of almonds mixed with honey-roasted peanuts (for flavor, I hate almonds plain)
A multivitamin
and sometimes I’ll throw some fresh fruit in there
Now I need to come up with meal ideas for the rest of the day
